SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Three different players scored for the Mount Everett boys soccer team in a 3-1 win over Drury on Friday.
Andrew Consolini got the scoring started with an unassisted goal midway through the first half. David Bautista Cruz doubled the Eagles’ lead with an assist from Jack Carpenter 15 minutes later.
Drury’s Caleb Besaw got the Blue Devils on the board with 10 minutes left, but Carpenter set up Jacob Race in the closing moments to provide the final margin.
Michael Devoti made five saves to earn the win in goal.
Kevin Chen stopped five shots for the Blue Devils (3-8-4), who host Mohawk Trail on Wednesday.
Mount Everett (8-6-2) host Lenox on Tuesday.
