GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — Monument and Wahconah played to a scoreless draw on Friday night at Monument Mountain. Neither team was able to get much going on the offensive end of the field.
Senior goal tender Nick Tutela of Wahconah stopped a point-blank shot in goal in the final second to preserve the 0-0 final.
Monument, who has been plagued by injury and suspension, had several players step up in the contest including strong efforts from junior Danny Huertas and sophomore Rowan Myers. Tutela would end up with nine saves and senior Aaron House would have four.
