SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Noah Arnold scored a pair of goals and assisted on a third on Tuesday to lead the Drury boys soccer team to a 4-2 win over Springfield Commerce.
The Blue Devils fell behind, 1-0, in the fourth minute of the game but scored the next four goals to take a 4-1 lead into half-time.
Arnold tied it in the 10th minute with an assist from Drury keeper Colin Daly.
Arnold then scored his second and the game-winner with an assist from Jorge Bond seven minutes later.
Bond scored with an assist from Arnold in the 27th minute, and Rommel Alvarez converted a direct free kick from 25 yards out to cap the scoring.
In addition to getting involved in the offense, Daly made eight saves to earn the win in goal.
Drury (3-5-2) hosts Renaissance on Thursday.
