SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Kayla McGrath scored four goals Friday to lead the Drury girls soccer team to a 5-2 win over Mount Everett.

The Blue Devils jumped out to a 2-0 lead at half-time on goals by Ellie Miles and McGrath.

Serena Batacchie cut the deficit in half for the Eagles in the 47th minute, but McGrath answered 18 minutes later.

After Emily Stuernagle converted a penalty kick to make it 3-2, McGrath added two more goals in the final 11 minutes to put the game away.

"Drury did a much better job of possessing and winning the 50/50 balls tonight," Mount Everett coach Joshua King said. "We put ourselves in the hole early with a lackluster first half, but we played a much better second despite the score."

Mackenzie Dobbert stopped nine shots to earn the win for Drury.

Emma Goewey stopped seven shots for Mount Everett (1-8-2).

Drury (2-9-1) goes to Lenox on Tuesday.
