Bramer, Agrelo Lead Taconic Girls to Win

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Taea Bramer and Natalia Agrelo each had a goal and an assist Thursday to lead the Taconic girls soccer team to a 5-1 win over Lee on BCC’s Gene Dellea Field.
 
Kendra Buda scored, and Eboni Gardner and Agrelo each recorded her first varsity goal for Taconic (1-1), which jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first half.
 
Lee cut that deficit in half early in the second when Lena Simone scored, but the hosts cashed in three more times -- including an own goal -- to put the game away.
 
Leeyia Hoose stopped three shots to earn the win.
 
Gabrielle Bridagan took the loss in goal for Lee (0-1), which goes to Palmer on Friday.
 
Taconic hosts South Hadley on Wednesday.
