PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Pittsfield's Lady Generals won a hard fought 1-0 game over Lenox on Saturday afternoon at Kirvin Park. The Lady Generals record goes to 10-0-2 and with the win they have clinched the 2012 Berkshire County Northern Division Title. It's the first title since 2009 for Pittsfield. Allie Hunt recorded her ninth shutout of the season. After a scoreless first half Morgan Matthews scored an unassisted goal in the 34th minute to give Pittsfield the lead. That goal would stand up as Pittsfield remained unbeaten with a 1-0 win over Lenox (6-2-2).
