Monument Mountain Girls Finish Season Strong

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Aubrey Blanchard scored one goal and assisted on another Tuesday to lead the Monument Mountain girls soccer team to a 3-1 win over Pittsfield in the regular season finale for both teams.

 

Meg Kinne and Meri Powell each scored a goal for the Spartans, who won their final two games of the regular season to finish 12-4-1.

 

Julia Eline-Wright scored for the Generals, who end the year at 2-13-1.

 

Monument Mountain learns Wednesday against whom it will begin its run in the Western Massachusetts Division 3 tournament.
