Lenox Girls Soccer Opens Season 2-0

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- Nicole Gamberoni and Shelby Lynch each scored twice Friday to lead the Lenox girls soccer team to a 4-1 win over Pope Francis.
 
The Millionaires (2-0) scored four times in the first half before the hosts were able to get on the board early in the second.
 
Abby Schilling had two assists, and Kirsten Parkinson set up a goal for Lenox, which got 18 saves from Shannon Meisberger.
 
Lenox hosts Taconic on Tuesday.
