Lucy Barrett jump started the offense early in the first half enroute to a convincing 3-0 defeat against a strong Hoosac Valley team.  Barrett's goal was a blast from 20 plus yards out after a corner kick.  Early in the second half, Alex Delano corralled a corner kick, played the ball quickly to Miranda Bucky who delivered the ball to Sophie Leamon for a beautiful low hard shot past Hoosac goalie Megan Richardson.  The scoring ended when Caroline Flynn played a nice through ball to Kelsey Orpin on the right wing who then cut into the middle and placed an accurate left footed shot near post.

Great to beat a quality opponent in our last regular season game.  Hopefully this will give us momentum as we prepare for the tournament.
