LEE, Mass. -- Caroline Maloney scored a pair of goals Friday to help the Lee girls soccer team earn a 6-1 win over McCann Tech.

 

“Great team play by the girls today,” Lee coach Lauren Finnegan said. “They controlled the tempo of the game from the start with much improved passing.”

 

Hailey Bartini had a goal and an assist, and Carina Brown, Lena Simone and Paige Barry seach scored a goal.

 

Halle Miller stopped 1 shot to earn the win for the Wildcats.

 

Kailie Dean made 11 saves for McCann Tech, which got a goal from Izzy LaCasse on a Dana Canales assist.

 

The Hornets (0-14-1) host Greenfield on Monday.

 

Lee (4-8) hosts Drury on Monday.
