WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Senior captain Dana Canales scored the game-winner as the McCann Tech girls soccer team came from behind Wednesday to beat Blue Hills Tech, 2-1, and win the State Vocational Small School Division Championship.

 

Blue Hills took a 1-0 lead into the first half on Williams College’s Farley-Lamb Field.

 

But sophomore Isabella LaCasse scored on a penalty kick for her team-leading 34th goal of the season to tie it for the Hornets (15-3-4).

 

Canales then converted an assist from Camryn Belisle for the game-winner.

 

Savanah Reynolds made six saves to earn the win in goal.
