LEE, Mass. – Shaylee Lawson scored a pair of goals Monday to lead the McCann Tech girls soccer team to a 4-0 win over Lee.
Lily Speed and Sophie Reid each scored a goal. Lainey Field, Jordyn Lloyd and Ryleigh Rathbun each had an assist in the win.
“Our team is playing great right now,” McCann Tech coach Lindsay Lincoln said. “Our passing is sharp, our talking is there and our captains are really stepping up. Great minutes from everyone.”
Sophia Francesconi made eight saves to earn the shutout in goal.
Lee's Maddie Kotek made 27 saves.
Lee (1-7) hosts Mount Everett on Wednesday.
McCann Tech (9-1) hosts Commerce on Friday.
