Mount Greylock Boys Tennis Rolls into Sectional Semi-Finals

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- The Mount Greylock boys tennis team earned five straight-set wins to take a 5-0 victory over Pioneer Valley Christian on Thursday in the quarter-finals of the Western Massachusetts Division 3 tournament.
 
Brady Foehl and Josh Narey dropped just two games apiece to earn wins at second and third singles, respectively. Jacob Fink won at first singles, 6-2, 6-2.
 
In doubles play, the Mounties picked up wins from the tandems of Toby Foehl/Sam Dils and Gabe Gerry/Luke Swann.
 
Third-seeded Mount Greylock (10-1) moves on to the semi-finals on Monday, when it will face the winner of Friday’s match between No. 2 Monument Mountain (11-0) and seventh-seeded Sabis (8-8).
