NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Nick Lescarbeau struck out 12 in a complete game effort, and the Drury baseball team scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth to earn a 5-2 win over Mount Everett on Wednesday.

Noah Arnold hit a two-run single to center field in the decisive sixth-inning rally, which also saw the Blue Devils get RBI singles from Steven Cornell and Connor Hinkell.

All five Drury runs were unearned against Mount Everett’s Matt Lowe, who struck out four and allowed just four hits in six innings.

The Eagles’ offense was led by Michael Devoti, who went 1-for-2 with an RBI, helping Mount Everett score twice in the fifth to erase an early 1-0 deficit.

Mount Everett (10-7) and Drury (14-4) each await word on who they will face in the quarter-finals of next week’s Western Massachusetts tournaments.
