Von Ruden Leads Mount Everett Past Hoosac Valley

CHESHIRE, Mass. – Nathaniel von Ruden went 2-for-3 with a double and a pair of RBIs Tuesday to lead the Mount Everett baseball team to a 13-3 win over Hoosac Valley.
 
Michael Devoti and Jacob Kreis also went 2-for-3, and Matt Lowe and Ian Lanoue each hit a double.
 
Sean Warren earned the win on the mound, striking out seven and walking four while allowing three earned runs in five innings of work.
 
The Eagles (6-2) return to North County on Wednesday to face Mount Greylock.
 
Hoosac Valley (0-7) is at McCann Tech on Thursday.
