CHESHIRE, Mass. -- Brandon Tworig and Ty Clark each went 2-for-3, and Matt Braman struck out 16 to lead the Hoosac Valley baseball team to a 4-2 win over St. Joseph on Sunday afternoon.

The Hurricanes (8-7) won their third straight after suffering a four-game losing streak.

Clark stole two bases, and Tworig swiped one in Sunday's win, which also saw Joey Buonemani drive in a pair of runs.

Sean Ryan-Kut walked twice, stole two bases and scored two runs for the Hurricanes.

Braman allowed just one earned run through six innings before Clark came on to pitch an inning of scoreless relief.

Hoosac finishes its regular season this week with Taconic on Monday and Drury on Wednesday under the lights at Joe Wolfe Field.
