West Springfield Tops Pittsfield at Clapp Park

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Chris Torres went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI Monday to lead the West Springfield baseball team to a 12-4 win over Pittsfield.
 
Patrick Rindfuss and Connor Lavinio each drove in a pair of runs for the Generals.
 
Jack Wildgoose got the start on the mound for Pittsfield and struck out two while allowing three earned runs in three innings to take the loss.
 
Pittsfield (1-2) hosts Westfield on Wednesday.
