Late Minnechaug Rally Sinks Pittsfield Baseball

WILBRAHAM, Mass. – The Minnechaug baseball team rallied for three runs in the bottom of the sixth to erase a one-run deficit and earn a 9-7 win over Pittsfield on Friday.
 
Cade Norris went 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs to lead the Falcons’ offense.
 
Patrick Rindfuss was 2-for-4 for Pittsfield, which got a double from Tommy Mullin.
 
Three different pitchers split time on the hill for Pittsfield. Connor Lavinio worked 3-⅔ innings, striking out four and allowing four earned runs.
 
Pittsfield (2-5) hosts East Longmeadow on Monday.
