WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Landen Jamula went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs Tuesday to lead the Mount Greylock baseball team to a 7-5 win over Lenox.

Derek Paris also doubled, and Dylen Harrison drove in a pair of runs for the Mounties.

The Millionaires scored three times in the top of the third to take a 4-0 lead before Mount Greylock started its comeback. The big inning came in the sixth, when the hosts scored five times to go ahead, 7-4.

“Lenox was playing a great game, and their hitters were just putting the ball in play, and we could not get things going,” Mount Greylock coach Rick Paris said. “Jameson Bayliss started for us and was pitching OK, but we just were not giving him much run support.

“In the sixth, we finally started putting things together and got some runs on the board.”

The Mounties loaded the bases with one out in the inning and used a safety squeeze to tie the game ahead of Jamula’s go-ahead single. Harrison delivered a two-run single to give the Mounties some breathing room.

Bayliss went 5-⅓ innings, allowing just two earned runs, before giving the ball to Chase Doyle, who earned the win with 1-⅔ innings of one-run relief.

Cliff Flynn went 3-for-4 with a double and a pair of RBIs to lead Lenox, which also got a 2-for-3 day from Brendan Armstrong.

Zack Nicotra and Michael Butler split time on the mound for Lenox, allowing three earned runs.

Lenox (3-7) goes to McCann Tech on Wednesday.

Mount Greylock (10-2) hosts Belchertown on Thursday.
