NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Brock Baumann scored four goals, and the Lee boys lacrosse team outscored McCann Tech, 5-0, in the fourth quarter to earn a 14-7 win on Friday.

Tag Roosa had a hat trick, and Homer Winston had two goals and two assists for the Wildcats.

“We were actually winning 7-6 in the third quarter,” McCann Tech coach Paul Lange said. “Then we ran out of steam and couldn’t get much going the rest of the way.

“It’s a huge improvement for us. Last time we played versus Lee a few weeks ago, we lost 19-1.. Still it was a bit frustrating to have it be so close, then let it slip away.”

Jason Delisle scored three goals, and Darian Tovani scored a pair for McCann Tech, which got 17 saves from Keegan Dellaghelfa.

Theo Weidinger made four saves to earn the win for Lee (7-5), which hosts Pittsfield on Monday.

McCann Tech (9-7) goes to Springfield Central on Wednesday.
