Jaggi OT Goal Lifts Wahconah Boys Past Mount Greylock

DALTON, Mass. -- Dart Jaggi scored with an assist from Dayton Kozlowski in overtime to give the Wahconah boys lacrosse team a 9-8 win over Mount Greylock on Wednesday night.
 
Wahconah bounced back from a 6-4 half-time deficit with goals by Kozlowski and Billy O'Neill in a 2-0 third period.
 
Mount Greylock led, 8-7, with fewer than three minutes remaining when Tim Clayton scored from Kozlowski to tie it with 2 minutes, 19 seconds on the clock and force overtime.
 
Jaggi and O'Neill finished with a hat trick, and Matt Mathers set up five goals for Wahconah, which got three saves from Dom Orlandi.
 
Mount Greylock's David Falk stopped nine shots in the loss.
 
Taylor Cummings had a hat trick, Alex Falk and Mac Waynick each scored twice, and Michael Wellspeak had four assists for the Mounties.
 
Mount Greylock (8-5) goes to Cambridge on Friday.
 
Wahconah (13-1) goes to Bennington, Vt., to face Mount Anthony Union on Tuesday.
