DALTON, Mass. -- The Mount Anthony Union girls lacrosse team outscored Wahconah, 4-0, in the second half Thursday to earn a 7-4, come-from-behind victory.

Jordan Budaj scored twice, and McKenna McIlquham had a goal and two assists for Wahconah (13-5).

“Both teams played a fantastic game,” Wahconah coach Kathy Budaj said. “They are quality team and for our team to play them so tough will hopefully help in the tournament. The whole team played hard on both offense and defense and I couldn't be more proud of the teamwork they displayed tonight.”

Wahconah learns Friday morning when and against whom it will open play in the Central/Western Massachusetts tournament.
