Mount Greylock Girls Edge Hoosac Valley

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Autumn Delorey made eight saves, and the Mount Greylock girls lacrosse team held off a late push from Hoosac Valley to earn a 10-9 win on Wednesday.
 
Carolyn Jones and Caroline Flynn each had two goals and an assist, and Brooke Masse scored twice for the  Mounties (7-4).
 
Alie Mendel scored eight goals for Hoosac Valley, including twice in the last six minutes to cut into a 10-7 deficit.
 
Abi Disbrow made five saves in the loss for the Hurricanes.
 
Hoosac Valley (7-2) hosts St. Mary's on Thursday.
 
Mount Greylock hosts East Longmeadow on Saturday night.
