LEE, Mass. -- The Mount Greylock girls lacrosse team Tuesday used a 10-0 second-quarter run to break open a 2-1 game en route to a 17-3 win over Lee.
Sarah Polumbo scored five goals, and Carolyn Jones added four for the Mounties.
Emma Stevens had a goal and three assists, and Gianna Pesce, Zoey Armet and Ainsley Abel each scored a pair.
Christy Rech and Jones split time in goal, turning aside 10 shots in the win.
Lee got 10 saves from the tandem of Eleanor Kropke and Daylonna Deane.
Tabor Paul, Brianna Kelly and Molly Macchi each scored a goal for the Wildcats.
Lee (0-6) goes to Pittsfield on Monday.
Mount Greylock (6-0) hosts Pittsfield on Thursday.
