.jpg) PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Mia Arpante went 3-for-4 with a double Thursday to lead the Pittsfield softball team to a 14-1, five-inning win over Monument Mountain.
Jordynn Bazinet struck out four and allowed just one unearned run in earning the win in the circle.
Alyssa Mercier went 3-for-4 and scored three runs, and Mia Alfonso doubled twice.
Abbie Wade singled and drove in a run for the Spartans.
Pittsfield (3-1) goes to Wahconah on Saturday afternoon.
