Pittsfield Softball Blanks Mount Greylock

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Emily Koldys struck out seven and scattered five hits to pitch the Pittsfield softball team to a 5-0 win over Mount Greylock on Wednesday afternoon.

Brittney Perkett went 3-for-4 and scored a run to lead the Generals’ offense.

Hayley Tobin went 2-for-3, and Allie Hunt doubled in an 11-hit attack for Pittsfield.

Olivia DiNicola went 1-for-2 with a sacrifice bunt for the Mounties (4-2), who travel to Dalton to face Wahconah on Thursday.

Pittsfield (5-1) takes a five-game winning streak into Thursday’s game at Drury.
