NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Megan Goyette struck out three and allowed three hits in a five-inning complete game Friday as the McCann Tech softball team beat Sabis, 12-0, to punch the Hornets’ ticket for the Western Mass tournament.

 

Alanza Quinones went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and two RBIs, and Katie Gigliotti went 2-for-2 and scored a run as the Hornets won their 10th game of the season.

 

McCann Tech (10-6) hosts Pope Francis on Monday, the first of four games in four days to finish the regular season.
