SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- Aimee Green ignited a 15-run seventh inning rally with a leadoff double as the Lenox softball team defeated Putnam, 18-2.

 

Green and Morgan Levesque each went 3-for-5 with a double in a 16-hit attack for the Millionaires. Anna Lynch went 2-for-3.

 

In the circle, Lynch struck out seven, walked one and allowed just one earned run in a complete-game win.

 

Lenox rallied for three runs in the top of the sixth to erase a 2-0 deficit. Green started that rally when she reached on an error. Riley Burke and Maddie Barenski each singled in the inning.

 

Lenox (8-10) goes to Hoosac Valley on Wednesday.
