
DALTON, Mass. – Olivia Perry struck out 14 in the circle and led the Drury softball team at the plate in an 11-7 win over Wahconah on Friday.
Perry allowed just four earned runs in a complete-game effort to pick up the win.
She also went 3-for-4 with a triple and an RBI in a 10-hit attack for the Blue Devils.
Ariana Rivard was 3-for-5, and Maddie Saunders had a single and two RBIs as Drury took advantage of eight Wahconah errors.
Harper Keay took the loss for Wahconah, going the distance and allowing just four earned runs. She struck out nine and walked one.
Marlee Arnhold was 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles for Wahconah, which got a 3-for-4 day at the plate from Madison McCarthy.
Wahconah (5-8) travels to Frontier on Monday.
Drury (7-5) is at McCann Tech on Monday.
