    The Hampshire softball team jumped on Drury early, scoring four runs and batting around in the first inning to set the tone in the Red Raiders' 11-1 victory in finals of the Division 2 Western tournament on Saturday.

    Despite making eight errors in the field, the Drury softball team had more than enough offense, scratching out 22 hits in all to lead the eighth-seeded Blue Devils to a 13-2 win over fifth-seeded Wahconah in the Division 2 Western Mass. semifinals on Friday.

    Eighth-grader Arianna Hilchey hit a triple and then scored on a errant throw by the Pittsfield defense in the top of the seventh inning, giving the Drury softball team enough of a cushion to pull out a 3-2 road win over the Generals on Wednesday.

    Sophomore Cat Record had her hands all over the Drury softball team's game against Taconic on Monday. Not only did she pick up the win in the circle by allowing one earned run on five hits, but she also went 3 for 4 at the plate with two doubles and two runs batted in.
  • May 18 - Mounties Get Even With Blue Devils
    Sophomore pitcher Heather Tomkowicz had her good stuff going on Friday, striking out 15 batters without a walk and allowing just three hits to lead the Mount Greylock softball team to a 4-0 road win over Drury on Friday.
  • May 11 - Drury Downs Mohawk To Snap Losing Streak
    Sophomore starter Cat Record came up big when her team needed her the most, allowing one earned run with 10 strikeouts and only two walks to help the Drury softball team break a four-game losing streak with a 5-1 win over Mohawk on Friday.

    Sophomore Caroline Tomkowicz pitched another stellar game, allowing just one unearned run on two hits, while the Hoosac Valley softball team took advantage of four Drury errors to earn a 5-1 win at home on Wednesday.

    The Drury softball team simply made it to easy for visiting St. Joe's on Monday, committing six errors on defense and allowing eight walks on its way to a 12-9 loss at Francis Millard Field.

    Junior Laryssa LaPointe went 3-for-4 with one RBI and three runs scored, helping the Drury softball team outslug Taconic for an 11-8 road victory on Wednesday.

    Junior Katie Hancock hit a two-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to give the Drury softball team the lead, and the Blue Devils struck for two more runs in the seventh to clinch a 7-5 road win over Mount Greylock on Monday.
