Racette Recognized for 1,000th Point, Drury Boys Win

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Reece Racette scored 21 points and was recognized for last winter scoring the 1,000th point of his career, and the Drury boys basketball team Friday bounced back from its first loss with a 78-67 win over the Paulo Freire Social Justic Charter School.
 
Racette had seven rebounds and four assists to round out his game.
 
Scott McGuire Jr. led the Blue Devils with 34 points and eight boards plus a couple of blocked shots.
 
Hunter Sarkis hit four 3-pointers on his way to a 16-point night.
 
Drury (4-1) hosts Lenox on Friday night.
