Western Mass Senior All-Star Basketball Rosters Set

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- Eleven senior basketball players from Berkshire County are among the 61 boys and girls chosen to participate in the 2020 Western Massachusetts Senior High School All-Star Games.
 
The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Friday announced the rosters for the games, which will be played on Thursday, March 19, on the Jerry Colangelo Court of Dreams at the Hall of Fame.
 
“The Western Mass All-Star game is an annual tradition of great pride for the Basketball Hall of Fame. Located in the Birthplace of Basketball, we are pleased to recognize dozens of talented players who have excelled throughout their high school careers in Western Mass,” hall CEO John L. Doleva said in a news release. “We invite the local community to come out and support these outstanding student-athletes.”
 
Local players will participate in all three games of the triple-header that gets under way at 5:30 p.m.
 
In the Division 3 and 4 boys game, Drury's Scott McGuire Jr., Hoosac Valley's Izaha Stubbs, Mount Greylock's Toby Foehl and Wahconah's Kevin Huban and Tom O'Connor will play on the same team.
 
At 7 p.m., the event's sole girls game will feature Hoosac Valley's Riley Robinson, Pittsfield's Jordyn Lummus and Taconic's Taea Bramer on the same squad.
 
The 8:30 p.m. nightcap of Division 1 and 2 senior all-stars will include Pittsfield's Craig Jackson and Taconic's Isaac Percy and Mohammed Sanogo.
 
Tickets for the game will be available at the site that night and cost $10 for adults, $5 for students.
