GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Connor Hanavan scored 18 points Sunday to lead the Monument Mountain boys basketball team to a 73-39 win over Mount Greylock for the Spartans' fourth straight win to finish the season.

Marco Buffoni scored 11, and Khalil Carlson added 10 for the Spartans, who got eight apiece from three different players: Carden Gidarakos, Adam Kronenberg and Kyle Wellenkamp.

Buffoni knocked down three 3-pointers, and, as a team, Monument Mountain connected nine times from behind the arc.

"After losing 45 points of scoring from last year and having only three players return with significant varsity experience we came together  and finished 14-4," Monument Mountain coach Randy Koldys said. "I couldn't be prouder of this group getting thru this challenging season."

Chase Doyle scored 13 points for Mount Greylock, which got eight from Max McAlister and seven from Jackson Powell.
