Carpenter, Netzer Lead Mount Everett at St. Mary's

WESTFIELD, Mass. -- Gwen Carpenter scored 20 pointers, and Madison Ullrich added 12 on Wednesday to lead the Mount Everett girls basketball team to a 62-15 win over St. Mary’s.
 
The Eagles (4-1) went over the 60-point plateau for the first time this year, and they did it without needing a single 3-pointer and while making just two free throws.
 
Kelsey Netzer scored eight, and Madeline VonRuden and Marion Devoti contributed six apiece
 
Mount Everett hosts Lenox on Wednesday in the first round of the South County Tournament.
