SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Marion Devoti scored 15 points and grabbed eight rebounds Thursday as the Mount Everett girls basketball team earned a 64-33 win over Lee.

“Great game, good contribution from all tonight,” Mount Everett coach Scott Rote said. “The bench gave quality minutes gut us when Devoti, [Madison] Ullrich and [Sarah] Beckwith got in foul trouble early in the first half.

“Kirsty Parsons came off the bench for Madison Ullrich and did a great job in the post on both offense and defense. Logan Rathbun did the job on Shannon Finnegan, holding her to 12 points.”

Finnegan’s 12 led Lee, which got seven from Brianna Hawley.

Mount Everett was led by Gwendolyn Carpenter with 22 points, eight rebounds and eight assists. Madison Ullrich finished with eight points.

The Eagles (11-7) go to Monument Mountain on Friday.

Lee (3-15) hosts Taconic on Monday.
