Mendel Scores 25 in Hoosac Girls' Road Win

GRANBY, Mass. -- The Hoosac Valley girls basketball team bounced back from its first loss of the winter with a 61-32 road win over Granby on Tuesday night.

 

Alie Mendel scored 25 points, and Lexi Mercier added 16 for the Hurricanes (5-1), who got nine from Fallon Field.

 

Hoosac Valley has a key Berkshire County showdown with unbeaten Mount Greylock in Cheshire on Saturday night.
