Stevens, Scialabba Lead Mount Greylock Girls to First Win

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Emma Stevens and Abby Scialabba each scored in double figures, and the Mount Greylock girls basketball team exploded for 24 second-quarter points en route to a 48-37 win over Monument Mountain on Saturday afternoon.
 
Stevens scored eight points, and Scialabba hit two of her three 3-pointers in that second quarter, which erased a one-point deficit and sent the Mounties into half-time with a 31-18 lead.
 
Delaney Babcock scord six points, and Molly Sullivan added four in the win.
 
Natalie Lewis led the Spartans (0-2) with 17 points.
 
Mount Greylock (1-2) is set to host Mount Everett on Monday.
 
Monument Mountain is at Hoosac Valley on Monday.
