Phillips Leads Taconic Girls Past Lenox

LENOX, Mass. -- Ahliya Phillips scored 10 points in the fourth quarter Thursday to propel the Taconic girls basketball team to a 53-37 win over Lenox.
 
Taconic outscored the Millionaires, 20-10, in the final eight minutes to break open a six-point game.
 
Phillips finished with a game-high 16 points, and Ciany Conyers scored 11 for Taconic,which got eight points from Tamia Patrick.
 
Sophie Patella scored 12, and Anna Najimy and Nicole Gamberoni each had nine for Lenox.
 
The Millionaires (2-4) go to Wahconah on Jan. 4.
 
Taconic (4-1) is at Mount Everett that night.
