GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Alexi Sondrini scored 18 points, and Emery Sime recorded a double-double Thursday to lead the Pittsfield girls basketball team to a 58-23 win over Monument Mountain.

 

Sime scored 14 points and pulled down 10 rebounds. Randi Duqette finished with 10 points, and Jordyn Lummus passed out six assists in the win.

 

Monument Mountain was led by Lenah Helmke, who scored nine points.

 

The Spartans (2-6) face Granby on Saturday at Hoosac Valley in the Coaches Vs. Cancer Showcase.

 

Pittsfield (8-5) hosts Wahconah on Monday.
