WESTHAMPTON, Mass. -- Madison McCarthy Friday scored 22 points to lead the Wahconah girls basketball team to a 63-35 win over Hampshire Regional in Wahconah's season opener.

 

Gracey Farley and Sammie Kaley scored eight poins apiece, and Anna Doyle added seven in the win.

 

Addie Miklasiewicz scored 12 to lead Hampshire.

 

Wahconah (1-0) is at Drury on Wednesday.
