NORTH ADAMS - In what's fast becoming a holiday tradition, Santa Claus will sit down to visit with City Councilors Robert R. Moulton Jr. and Ronald Boucher on Tuesday night. The two men have been doing the talk show about various city issues for awhile; Santa's become a regular over the last three or four years, said Moulton. "Santa Claus comes in with his sleigh and reindeer about 10 minutes into the show," said Moulton, adding that Santa's alter ego "will be known by all." Councilor-elect Lisa Blackmer may also make an appearance. Children will be encouraged to call in to the live show and talk to Santa by calling the studio at 664-4408. Since the show is an hour, Santa's interview time will depend on the response. Previous shows started at 8 p.m. but this time it's being broadcast at 7:30 p.m. "All the good little boy and girls are mostly in bed [by 8]," said Moulton. He said the show has a good number of call-ins, and one year "got mobbed" by eager Santa fans. "Even adults can call in. Everybody is welcome to call in." Graphic by www.designedtoat.com
