Hopkins Academy To Meet Wahconah Regional High School On WGBY’s As Schools Match Wits
Hopkins Academy of Hadley, MA, meets Wahconah Regional High School of Dalton, MA, in week 5 of WGBY’s As Schools Match Wits Saturday, November 29 at 7 p.m. Beth Ward, an award winning journalist with a 17-year career in local and national television news hosts.One of the country’s longest running academic quiz shows, As Schools Match Wits enters its 48th season with a roster of 50 high schools from across western New England. The top eight highest scoring teams at the end of the season will go to the finals and compete for the championship. The show’s format features area high schools competing in teams of four students each. In classic quiz show style, the teams answer questions based on school curriculum. The school getting the most points for correct answers wins.
