Memorial Day Marathon Organizers Aim to Raise $50,000

LENOX, Mass. — The Memorial Day Marathon Races organizers and Team Red, White and Blue will aim to raise $50,000 during this year's race.
In 2012 the Memorial Day Marathon Races raised over $37,000 for charity.
The fourth annual Memorial Day Marathon Races will take place on May 25-26. The race will begin and end at Tanglewood and will feature the Memorial Day Marathon, known as the "Toughest Race in the East," the MDM Half Marathon, The Berkshires 10K/5Km, The MDM 15K Trail Race, The Trail-Road Challenge and the MDM Kids Run.
A portion of the proceed will benefit Team Red, White and Blue, a non-profit organization whose mission is to create a community of veterans, their familie, and American citizens through authentic social interaction and shared experiences through activities and events across the U.S.
