New Partner Named at Donovan O'Connor & Dodig

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Donovan O'Connor & Dodig has announced that attorney Marnie A. Clough has become a partner in the firm.

Clough joined the firm in 2011 after practicing in the Boston area for several years.    

A native of Adams, Clough received a bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, with a double major in psychology and criminal justice from SUNY Albany in 2004 and juris doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2009. Clough has been recognized for six years running by SuperLawyers as a "rising star" in the area of Social Security disability.

In 2019 she was recognized as one of the area’s outstanding young professionals when she was selected as a member of Berkshire County’s 40-Under-40 list. Her practice focuses on representing individuals in all types of disability and employment related claims, including workplace discrimination, Social Security disability and work-related injury claims.     



Clough has also been active in the local community. She has served on the BArT Board of Trustees and continues to serve on the board of directors for the Berkshire Family YMCA. She is a member of the Berkshire Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. She resides in her hometown of Adams with her husband, Craig, and their daughter, Lila.

North Adams Public Schools To Host Grade Configuration Forum

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — North Adams Public Schools will host a community forum to discuss updates on grade configurations and logistics for the 2024-2025 school year.
 
The forum will take place on Wednesday, May 15 at 6 PM. The forum will take place in a hybrid format at the Welcome
Center at Brayton Elementary School and via Zoom which can be accessed by going to napsk12.org/ZoomLinkMay15.
 
Forums are open to anyone interested in learning more about the logistics planned for the upcoming school year, including, transportation, arrival and dismissal times, class sizes, and school choice updates. The forum will also allow participants to ask questions and provide feedback.
