North Adams Public Library Has Tax Forms

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — The North Adams Public Library has a limited amount of state and federal income tax forms and instruction booklets.

They may be picked up during our curbside hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 11:00 A.M.- 1:00 P.M. or Thursday from 4:00 P.M.-5:30 P.M. in the lobby.

Masks and social distancing are required. Staff is not able to give out tax advice or forms not included in the booklets.

If further assistance is needed, a form will be provided to request tax products through the Reference Department, or by calling 413-662-3133, ext. 13. Due to the limited amount of materials, patrons are only allowed to take one of each item.
