Keegan from Shaftsbury qualified for the vaccine due to a high-risk health condition. He can't prevent the type of illness that made him eligible for early vaccination, he said, but with the COVID-19 vaccine, he can prevent COVID. That fact helped him overcome his hesitancy and sign up for the shot.
