This week we should have a consistent run of mild spring-like temperatures in the Berkshires accompanied by steady rainfall.
Today, Tuesday, April 12, expect morning showers with clouds giving way to sun according to Accuweather. Expect a high around 67.
Similar conditions are expected Wednesday with the possibility of thunderstorms in the evening.
Thursday, April 14, should be warmer with a high of 75. Although, there will be heavy cloud cover and heavy rainfall in the afternoon. Accuweather predicts that half an inch of rain should fall throughout the day.
Friday, April 15, will be cooler with temperatures in the mid-60s, but the skies should be sunnier with some clouds.
Easter weekend will follow a similar trend.
Saturday will be cloudy, with showers throughout the afternoon. Temperatures should be in the low 60s.
Sunday, April 17, Easter, will be cooler with temperatures maxing out around 50, but there should be sunshine throughout the day.

Pittsfield Seeking Volunteers for Flag Distribution
PITTSFIELD, Mass. — The city of Pittsfield's Department of Veterans' Services is looking for volunteers to assist with placing flags and markers at Veterans' gravesites.
The installation of flags will occur between May 6 to May 11, 2024.
Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable, appropriate apparel and shoes, walking will be required throughout the cemeteries to place these flags. Instructions, flags, and markers will be provided, as well as soft refreshments and snacks.
If you are interested in volunteering your time, please contact the Veterans' Services Department at (413) 499-9433 to sign up as a volunteer or email veterans@cityofpittsfield.org.
Between disagreements about site design and a formal funding process not yet established, more time is needed before a decision can be made.
