Greylock generally got the better of the play against a strong and skilled Monument team.  Lucy Barrett broke open the scoring with a laser from the right flank that Emily Shaw, Monument's goalie, had no chance to save.  Greylock got a little breathing room, although short lived, when Sopie Leamon blasted a shot through the hands of Shaw.  After an own goal as a result of a corner, the Mountie defense held on for the 2-1 victory.
