PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Lindsey Schnopp scored a goal and assisted on another Thursday to lead the Pittsfield girls soccer team to a 3-2 win over Westfield at Kirvin Park.
The Bombers took an early lead with a goal in the sixth minute, but PHS answered with tallies from Britney Perkett and Ilana Albert to take a 2-1 lead into half-time.
Schnopp converted a penalty kick in the 57th minute to make it 3-1. Westfield scored a goal in the 78th minute to provide the final margin.
Haley Tobin stopped six shots to earn the win for Pittsfield (3-8-3), which hosts Belchertown on Saturday morning.
