CHESHIRE, Mass. -- Brendon Ellsworth and Tyler Jayko scored five goals apiece Saturday to lead the Hoosac Valley boys lacrosse team to an 18-3 win over McCann Tech.

Vance Eugene and Bailey Trumble scored two goals apiece for the Hurricanes, who got eight saves from keeper Cam Alibozek.

Nick Lincoln scored twice and set up Mike Moreno’s goal, and Jake Tower made six saves for McCann Tech (0-7), which hosts Pope Francis on Monday.

Hoosac Valley (3-3) hosts Mount Greylock on Monday.
